Charterhouse is working with multinational supply chain and logistics organisation who is looking to hire a professional, self-motivated Logistics Key Account Manager who is used to dealing with the logistics of perishable goods to join their team in Dubai.
About the role
As a Logistics key account Manager you will report to the Strategy Director, where you will oversee warehouse, inventory control, material handling, customer service, transportation and planning. You will liaise with clients with regards to scheduling all inbound/outbound shipments, provide leadership to our warehouse team and strive to keep transportation costs low. You will also be responsible for prioritising tasks to meet expected shipping dates and maintaining an accurate inventory.
The successful candidate should have extensive experience in dealing with perishable goods within logistics and key account management. You should be able to demonstrated understanding of consumer goods industry, to manage time effectively and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
