Charterhouse is working with an international financial advisory company who is looking to hire a Saudi National Finance Manager to join an established financial control group.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to provide regional support to the business units across their regional coverage and platforms while overseeing the management of their financial control group for their domestic Saudi business. The Finance Manager has a wide range of responsibilities including legal entity control, regulatory reporting, preparation of audited financial statements and significant management reporting in providing support to the business entities. This role will focus on monthly legal entity reviews along with quarterly and annual regulatory reporting, reconciliation and analytical reporting.
Our client is looking for candidates who have proven experience in a large international and blue chip company; with exposure across financial accounting and financial reporting based positions. An understanding of financial governance, linked to IFRS, accounting systems and ERP frameworks will be of critical importance. In conjunction, candidates shall be expected to possess a solid understanding of firm recharge, allocations, transfer pricing processes and inter-group consolidations.
The successful candidate should have at least 5 to 7 years of experience as an Accountant & Associate level whilst working towards or recently qualified with a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA). The search criterion shall also demand a track record within a supervisory based position of responsibility.
