Our client is a leading international consultancy based in Bahrain who is looking to hire an ambitious, mature and commercially-minded Manager – Internal Audit, with strong leadership skills to join the risk consulting division.
About the role
Working with key clients you will have the ability to undertake multiple engagements at a time, such as; risk-based internal audits, enterprise risk management, corporate governance advisory, cost improvement reviews and contract compliance reviews. You will also be responsible for the delivery of presentations, reviewing of files and reports, business and proposal development; mentoring, leading and training a team of up to six.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience, ideally come from the Big4 and have solid financial services experience. Multi-country experience is an advantage and you will be able to work to extremely tight deadlines, have exceptional report writing skills along with outstanding written and verbal English. You should have a recognised Degree in accounting/ finance/ business with a professional qualification e.g. ICAEW, ACCA, CPA and / or Masters - CIA and / or CISA qualifications an advantage.
