Job description

Charterhouse are currently supporting one of our Bahraini client’s to identify a Manager of Revenue Assurance & Fraud. This position will inherit a locally based team, reporting in to a Director of Financial Control, whilst managing a team of Executives.

About the role
This role shall be geared towards the operational management of the revenue assurance and fraud coverage whilst also being instrumental in the development, advisory and roll-out of policies and frameworks within the division. This will include the implement of scorecards and KPIs, for the tracking and monitoring across these disciplines, within the overall context of the financial control function. 

This role shall also play a critical interface, in the liaison and management of business relationships, internal data flows and financial information spanning areas of legal, compliance and internal audit along with any external regulatory requirement and/or governance-based reporting and due diligence. 

In conjunction, this role will also play a vital part in overseeing areas of collection and billing cycles; to ensure optimised revenue targets whilst also assessing any compliance checking policy; namely KYC and CDD.

About you
The client will look to recruit a finance and/or accountancy professional with a technical skill set spanning accounting policies, IFRS-based standards and financial planning combined with an appreciation and detailed insight to risk management, cash-flow analysis and audit-based disciplines. 

The client will also look to pinpoint a candidate whom is able to influence both internal and external stakeholder management and reporting lines; to ensure strong leadership, process planning capabilities and any succession planning. In conjunction, the client will also look to a candidate, with a demonstrable track record within project and change management streams; to ensure an appreciation and alignment with policy change and process implementation. 

Finally, to meet the business needs and scope; the client will look to pinpoint a candidate coming out of an international multinational or a regional blue-chip.
