Charterhouse is working with an international consulting organisation, who is looking to hire a Manager to join their team. As the Manager of Compensation and Benefits you will research existing and emerging trends in client business and complete complex analyses. Additionally, you will provide solutions for clients alongside mentoring and providing guidance for more junior staff.
About the role
You will be responsible for working closely with Senior Leaders including the Board of Directors to make recommendations and influence client’s business decisions. You must be an excellent communicator who is able to present to clients in a clear confident manner. You will be required to derive meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative data with an analytical approach. The role requires you to be able to work independently as well as within a team environment whilst handling multiple projects.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s or master’s Degree in economics, finance or another relevant field of study. As this role requires 50% travelling across the GCC area a male candidate is preferred. The successful individual should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the consulting / financial services industry. You must be an advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint.
