Charterhouse are working with a Sanitary Fittings Manufacturer who is looking to hire a Market Developer to join their team. As the Market Developer you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will support the performance growth across all sales channels within UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to manage key accounts including project fit out clients to support and promote the brands offerings. You will establish and expand strong relationships across retail, contractors, and distribution Partners to support business growth and develop marketing initiatives which strengthen the brands proposition in each region. This role will be responsible for setting up and managing field sales activities, with a specific focus on growing the project sales channel. This role requires a native Arabic speaker with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will be required to undertake extensive travel visiting each of the countries across the key markets, therefore must be very flexible and adaptable to travel as per business requirements.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within project or B2B sales, preferably within sanitary wear or building materials.
