Charterhouse is working with an iconic global brand who specialise in personal care products. Our client is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.
About the role
In this role you will be responsible for setting the yearly local marketing calendar, working closely with the commercial and products team to set and execute the 360 launch strategy. You will review the marketing plan and campaigns on a regular basis to measure performance in line with commercial objectives. This role requires an individual who has an analytical approach as you will be required to study and review competition reports, set and review the trade marketing budgets, as well as conducting regional market visits during key activation periods to provide the commercial and merchandizing teams with insights. You will report in to the Marketing Director and will manage and coach a team of 4 direct reports. Our client is looking for a flexible and adaptable individual who works well independently as well as part of a team.
The successful candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. You should have a minimum of 5 years marketing experience with a background in skincare, cosmetics or haircare as well as prior experience in setting marketing strategies for an international brand. It is essential you have experience of managing a team.
