Charterhouse are working with a multinational health sciences organisation which are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join the regional hub in Dubai. This role will focus on developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple markets within the GCC. Our client is looking for an individual who has leadership experience and a successful record of implementing lead generation strategies across online channels within the healthcare or professional services sector.
About the role

Your main responsibilities will be to develop and execute successful online marketing campaigns and compelling content, in addition to optimizing performance through the application of Google AdWords and SEO strategies. You will investigate new opportunities for the business, complete market research and in turn create and implement new engagement plans. This position is a hands on standalone role which involves a lot of stakeholder interaction and management, therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent self-motivation alongside strong reasoning and communication skills. You will be required to demonstrate solid knowledge of the GCC market and ability to interpret a global strategy localising to the needs of the Middle East market. This role will report to the Regional Director and will have regular collaboration with the global headquarters.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 4 – 5 years marketing experience at a managerial level, ideally within health sciences, or professional services industry. You must be a self-motivated, analytical and enthusiastic individual, who can act independently with minimal supervision. An in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, lead generation and Google Ad word strategies is an essential requirement for this role.
