Charterhouse is working with a well-established holding group in Dubai which have interests in real estate, facilities management and general trading. Our client is looking to hire a Marketing Manager for their Real Estate projects division.
About the role
This role will assume responsibility for building the entire marketing strategy which includes defining the annual marketing budget and spend allocation, in addition to conducting in depth post campaign analysis.
As Marketing Manager, this role will be tasked with developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns which align with the company objectives and maximize ROI. This role will be heavily geared towards promoting a strong brand identity with consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing and Communications professional who has strong experience in stakeholder management and leading a marketing function, including a team.
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a proven track record working as a Marketing Manager with overall responsibility for the marketing strategy and budget. A minimum of 6 years’ experience is required, ideally working in real estate, hospitality or for a holding group.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate strong experience and expertise in all aspects of marketing including; traditional marketing, digital, social media, PR, and event planning. Our client is looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to strategically plan and implement tactics which deliver clear business growth. The candidate must also possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
