Charterhouse is working with a boutique property developer who is looking to hire an Office Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an ever-growing, luxury organisation.
About the role
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing front of house, greeting clients on arrival and ensuring they are welcomed into the business with a professional and personable manner, offering excellent customer service. This role will also answer all incoming calls and respond to enquiries, over the phone or by email.
In addition to customer service, the Coordinator will sort filing and documentation on behalf of the team, as well as provide administrative support to team members where required. This role will also assist with smooth running of the office; therefore, will be responsible for facilities management, communicating with suppliers, maintaining upkeep of the office and ensuring the office is equipped with stock at all times.
Our client is seeking candidates who can provide high quality customer service to upkeep their excellent reputation with the ability to demonstrate an excellent teamwork approach, organisation skills and ability to manage tight deadlines whilst representing the business in the best light.
To be considered for the role, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years administrative experience, preferably within Real Estate or the Luxury Space. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Our client is looking for someone already residing in Dubai, possessing UAE working experience and should be a highly motivated individual, eager to grow within the organisation.
