Charterhouse is working with quick service restaurant group who is looking to hire an Operations Manager to join its team. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for 5 to 8 outlets and report directly to the CEO.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the outlets. You will also be responsible for increasing sales and profits through developing and implementing sales strategies. You will be a strong leader providing full direction and support to the whole team, consistently demonstrating and enforcing all company policies and practices.
The successful candidate should be an excellent communicator and have an outgoing personality. You should be someone who is calm in every situation and keen to exceed operation and quality standards. You should also have a hands-on approach, being someone who develops the outlets staff managerial and leadership skills. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role with demonstrated success in financial management and people development. It is essential that you have excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically managing a diverse team accompanied by the ability to work under pressure in the challenging environment that is restaurant management.
