Charterhouse is working exclusively with an iconic luxury jewellery brand which is looking to hire a hard-working and innovative Operations Manager to sustain an effective operations system in order to support the business.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results driven individual to join a reputable high-end jewellery brand with a fast-growing presence across the Middle East and oversee all operations functions in order to support the business.
You will assist the Regional Retail and Operations Director to manage the Inventory, Logistics, Merchandising, P&L, IT and Procurement.
You will be responsible for the direct management of the operations team and will ensure their efficiency. You will also assist to develop and maintain the standard operating procedures for the business and will make sure that all the procedures and policies are thoroughly followed by the teams. In addition, you will look after all the matters related to vendors and will support the audit process.
To be considered for this role, you should have minimum 3 years’ experience in retail operations and a bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.
You must have excellent communication skills in English (second language is an advantage) and proficiency in using MS Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
The role requires a strategic thinking individual with strong analytical, interpersonal and organisational skills with a passion for retail and extensive knowledge of the luxury retail market and clientele in the region.
