Job description
Charterhouse is working with an established independent brand in Qatar, who is looking to hire an Outlet Chef to oversee their new full service elevated casual dining concept and further expansion plans. Focused on modern fusion cuisine with Middle Eastern influences.
About the role
As Outlet Chef, you will lead the BOH team of 13 in executing the menu consistently to high standards. You will also manage the team and work closely with the owners to continuously evolve the menu, making sure to be up to date on the latest market trends.
The Outlet Chef is responsible for uniting the team and motivating them to work together to deliver high quality dishes and enhance guest experience.
About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate must be an experienced Chef who has led a culinary team. Experience in high level culinary execution is key, with menu development experience being of added value. Due to the scope of the role, Middle East experience is essential.
