Job description
Charterhouse is working with a Real Estate and Construction organization who are looking to hire a Paralegal, who is specialised in Real Estate, with a focus on trademarks and patterns. This role is a full-time permanent role to join the legal department in this organisation’s Dubai office.
About the role
The role will involve assisting Lawyers in drafting and ensuring the execution of all legal documents related to trademarks and patterns within a variety of Real Estate projects. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance and collaborating with Lawyers on renewals and applications. Other duties will include conducting legal research to support case strategies, analyse regulations, and assist in preparing legal arguments.

About you
The client is interested in speaking to a Paralegal that specialises in Real Estate, Projects or compliance with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within in-house. The ideal candidate must be based in Dubai with relevant UAE experience. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal are essential.
