Charterhouse is working with a growing retail business that has a number of well-known and successful brands with outlets in most of the UAE malls. Due to expansion within the company, our client is looking to hire an experienced Personal Assistant to join its Dubai office.
About the role
Supporting the Retail Director, you will be responsible for extensive diary management, travel bookings and visas. You will also organise dinners and events both in the UAE and elsewhere when the Director travels to see customers and clients. In addition, you will manage the reporting on behalf of the Retail Director as well as be the first point of contact for the sales team.
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in a PA position. You should be meticulous and have an excellent grasp of targets and working with numbers. Our client has specified a preference for a female candidate with either a retail, fashion or cosmetics background. Arabic speaking skills will be advantageous.
