Charterhouse is working with an innovative, global Telecommunications/Technology company who is looking to hire a Pre-Sales Engineer with experience in Communications Platform as a Service.
About the Role
As the Pre-Sales Engineer for CPaaS, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for being the Technical/Consulting lead on enterprise level deals. You will look after account management from a technical perspective for various Partners and SI’s in the region.
You will also be responsible for designing and presenting various CPaaS solutions and working closely with all of the teams to ensure they are utilizing CPaaS solutions to their maximum potential. In addition to this, you will be managing the delivery process, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner while managing a diversified portfolio of CPaaS solutions. You will also make sure the Partners needs are met from a delivery perspective and highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved at every step of the way.
The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field with at least 7 years of experience. You should also be competent in things like Mobile Development, Web Development, Backend Development and AI. In addition to this, you should have an analytical mindset with the ability to proactively identify new opportunities to improve existing service levels to customers.
