Job description
Charterhouse are working with a highly renowned Private Equity firm who are looking to hire a Private Equity Associate to join their team. This role will require managing multiple portfolio investments including executing the exits of portfolio companies as well as developing the implementation to grow revenue.
About the role
As the Private Equity Associate, the main responsibilities will be to provide financial evaluation of investment opportunities, whilst maintaining relationships with third parties to ensure the firm’s visibility is at its best.
In addition, this role will also be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle including both screening and the final execution as well as completing sensitivity analysis when performing financial modelling.
About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should be a Saudi National with a strong Private Equity background. The ideal candidate will have experience in both buy-side and sell-side evaluations as well as intensive technical skills including having qualified for the Capital Market Exam 1 & 4 or CFA with CME 1 qualification.
Our client is looking for candidates with funding exposure in either entertainment, F&B, Technology etc. with more than 3 years’ experience.
