Job description
Charterhouse is working with a Magic Circle Law Firm, who is interested in hiring a motivated Junior Associate to join their expanding Investment Funds practice.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a Senior Investment Funds Lawyer to represent leading Middle Eastern sovereign wealth funds in connection with their global funds’ investment programmes. You will work with the well-established wider funds practice, to consolidate and expand a diversified stream of investment funds work.
In addition, you will be required to contribute and develop existing relationships with clients, while working on a wide variety of investment funds matters for a range of clients.
About you
The firm is interested in Associates with 1 to 4 years of post-qualified experience gained within a leading US or UK investment funds practice. You will need a strong academic record and qualifications with sound technical and commercial knowledge.
To be considered for this role, you will be a highly effective communicator, both written and oral and be able to manage a high degree of responsibility of work demands. You will also need to be confident, self-motivated and be able to provide excellent client service.
