About the role
Charterhouse is working with a market leading multinational HVAC business. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join their office in Dubai and play a key part in developing their business across the region.
Your main responsibilities will be to set the long-term vision and strategy for our clients market leading product line to deliver the companys growth objectives including market share, revenue, and profit for all the channels/categories of different business units. You will be responsible for identifying and defining new product technical requirements via a comprehensive product design and reliability tool, in accordance with customer needs, current and future market trends and local regulatory authority requirements. Along with this, you will also have the opportunity to lead product strategy council meetings in the region and build strategic relationships and partner with agencies and vendors to roll out successful marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 8 years proven expertise in product management as well as be a qualified mechanical engineer. You should have successfully executed strategic and tactical product development solutions with a proven record over the past 3 years. You should also be well versed in the execution of product marketing strategies/solutions and also channel partner and people management. Our client has stated a preference for an Arabic speaking candidate, this however is not a prerequisite.
