Charterhouse is exclusively working with a top US law firm, who is interested in hiring a professional receptionist to support with varied front desk tasks.
About the role
The role will be diverse and will require transferable and organisational skills. As the voice of the company, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests, directing calls, filing, ensuring the reception area and boardroom is maintained at all times as well as providing administrative support as and when required.
There will be client related responsibilities such as booking and supervising meeting rooms, keeping stock of materials - liaising with office service assistants, stakeholders and all visitors. You will be the sole receptionist but will be working alongside the office administration and secretarial team, and you may be required to do additional tasks to support the office.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you are required to be present in the Dubai Office.
To be considered for this position, you must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written due to the nature of the responsibilities. Exceptional typing skills and previous experience in professional support roles are essential.
The ideal candidate must be a professional, self-aware and responsible individual with the ability to use own initiative and be pro-active.
