Charterhouse is working with an established training services group who is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to take on the logistics and manage the processes for key clients.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to work with the Project Managers to deliver an exceptional service to clients. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients and trainers. You will also act as the main point of contact regarding any queries or issues that occur, while analysing processes and making recommendations for improvements to streamline the service. Our client provides accredited training courses to professionals across the region as well as corporate learning solutions to businesses and is committed to providing relevant training and development programmes to help you progress in your career.
The successful candidate should have a good background in project management, have the ability to build strong relationships and have excellent communication skills. Ideally you will come from a financial services or training background. This role requires attention to detail, time management and prioritising skill.
