Charterhouse is working with an international consulting firm who are looking to hire an Arabic speaking Project Manager of process improvements to join their team.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to manage process improvements. You will develop and coordinate the performance excellence and performance improvement vision by planning in accordance with the Executive Team and achieve buy-in from all decision makers for successful process and performance improvement. You will identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, scrap, rework, etc. You will also provide management with project status updates and feedback along with monthly project reports. In addition, you will be responsible for target completion of process improvement projects within a specific time frame while achieving a cost reduction goal.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree in engineering and have a minimum of 10 years’ experience with proven leadership skills and business acumen. Experience within process improvement, engineering and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are of an advantage. You should have experience working with Government Authorities and have an excellent understanding of local laws and regulations. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and train a team along with excellent project management and presentation skill.
