Project Manager – Strategy & Innovation

​Charterhouse is working with one of our leading public sector clients, who is looking to appoint a Project Manager of Strategy & Innovation. This role will oversee projects from design to delivery, co-ordinate the various external contributors and lead workshops to promote innovative solutions.

About the role
As Project Manager of Strategy & Innovation, you will develop a strong network of contacts across all government entities, business groups and councils in order to build long term fruitful relationships.

There will be a focus on managing innovation frameworks to review and update, drive leadership, introduce new business opportunities and present new processes and ideas to improve innovation performance. You will facilitate partnerships and collaborations between members and external organisations to support innovation and run workshops with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

About you
Our client is looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in developing strong corporate relationships, ideally with governmental bodies.

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree ideally in Engineering or Business Studies, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a consultancy role focussing on technology research or innovation management.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. Knowledge of innovation methodologies such as Lean Startup, Design Thinking and Customer Development is advantageous.
