Charterhouse is working with an international law firm based in Abu Dhabi. Our client is looking to hire an energetic and confident receptionist for a Maternity cover contract.
About the role
The role will be diverse and will require transferable and organisational skills. As the voice of the company you will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests, directing calls, filing, ensuring the reception area and boardroom is maintained at all times and providing administrative support as and when required.
The successful candidate should have excellent English, both written and verbal. Due to working with international offices and clients our Client has a preference for a native English speaker. You should be highly organised, enthusiastic, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player as well as have an outstanding phone manner. You should also have good computer skills with a minimum of 3 years administration experience.
