Charterhouse are currently working with an international award-winning organisation within the Construction Industry who are looking to hire a Receptionist/Administrator to join their office in Dubai.
About the Role
As the Receptionist your main duties will be but are not limited to; welcoming visitors into the business with a warm, friendly and professional manner, making outbound and answering incoming calls as well as passing on messages within a timely manner. In addition, you will handle all generic emails and ensure to delegate these to the correct point of contact.
You will also manage travel bookings as well as booking appointments/reservations, as well as other administrative tasks and ad hoc duties when required.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a Customer Service or Administrative Position. You must also have exceptional customer service skills, excellent telephone manner. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written are essential.
