Charterhouse is working with a Venture Capital Firm, who is looking to hire a Receptionist to work within their Dubai Office. This is a very exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic growing business working within a professional yet friendly team. Our client requires an Arabic Speaker for this role.

About the Role
As a receptionist, your main duties will be managing the front desk by welcoming visitors into the business with a warm, friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service. You will answer and respond to incoming calls, delegating messages and answering inquiries within a timely manner, handle all generic emails and ensure to forward these to the correct point of contact.

You may assist the Executive Assistant with travel bookings for employees, organising meetings, booking appointments and handling reservations, as well as other administrative tasks upon request. In addition, you will be responsible for office maintenance, managing stock control, maintaining the filing system whilst always ensuring that reception is kept immaculate and stocked up for guest arrivals.

About You
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a Customer Service or Administrative position. You must have exceptional customer service skills, excellent telephone manner and fluent English and Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal. The suitable applicant must be presentable with a professional manner and ideally have worked within a corporate environment.
