Charterhouse is working with a financial services institution who is looking to hire a Corporate Receptionist to join their Doha team.
About the Role
Based in the heart of West Bay, Doha, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make this role their own by handling all front of office responsibilities. As the voice of the company you will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, directing calls and incoming queries. You will meet and greet all guests as well as coordinate with venders and courier companies. You will ensure the reception area and board/meeting rooms are maintained at all times, including liaising with the IT team to coordinate any IT requirements. You will also organise any catering requirement for meetings and luncheons as well as assisting with various other administrative duties as required.
The successful candidate should be an extremely polished and professional individual, someone who is highly organised and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be a team player, with an outstanding phone manner, strong computer skills and a minimum of 3 years corporate admin experience. You should be fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
