Charterhouse is working with a leading Multinational Professional Services Organisation who is interested in hiring a professional, highly organised individual to support with Administrative and Front Desk tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-reputable, professional organisation within the DIFC.

About the role

This role will be focused on managing the reception area, providing excellent customer service and administrative support such as, greeting clients into the business with a professional and personable manner, taking them to their meeting rooms, answering inbound and making outbound calls. The receptionist will ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable and well stocked at all times as well as maintaining upkeep on the office.

In addition to this, other responsibilities for this role would be managing diaries, booking and preparing meeting rooms and scheduling transport for staff. The ideal candidate will track and ensure all calendars, procedures and accounts are up to date and efficiently monitored.

About you

To be considered for the role, the successful candidate must have front-of-house experience. Additionally, previous work experience within legal, professional or financial services is essential. Our client is searching for candidates who are already residing in Dubai, ideally with UAE working experience.
