Charterhouse is working with a leading US Law Firm, who are interested in hiring an organised, pro-active individual for a Receptionist/Client Service role in their Dubai Office.
About the role
This role will be revolved around maintaining efficient client service and support services to the firm. You will be responsible for providing full receptionist support, from handling calls, diary management including maintaining calendars for meetings, and ensure the set-up of conferences and Lawyer’s offices.
In this role, you will be required to maintain logbooks for invoices, deliveries and monthly reports to the head office, including reference back-ups for audit purposes.
This opportunity comes with considerable exposure from working alongside the Business Development teams, Compliance teams and Legal Assistants for a range of duties, you will have opportunities to constantly develop professionally by assuming a wider array of responsibilities.
To be considered for this role, you must be an organised, self-aware and responsible, with the ability to use your own initiative and be pro-active. Experience in a similar role is preferred, however candidates with previous experience as support staff within an international, professional services will also be considered. Experience in a Law Firm is advantageous.
It is essential that you take pride and ownership of the role while working both independently and as part of a team. In addition, you must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
