Charterhouse are working with a multinational consultancy firm who are looking to recruit a confident and resourceful In-House Recruiter on a 3-4 month short-term contract.
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for multiple professional disciplines, such as, sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring exceptional individuals. You will be someone that is focused on building relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners. You will define hiring needs and develop cost effective, results oriented recruitment strategies that attract top talent. This role will impact operational performance by improving key metrics such as time to hire and quality of hire. Working with hiring managers, you will ensure global standards are adhered to ensuring systems are updated and the right guidelines are followed to ensure compliance and best practices are in place at all times.
The successful candidate should be available to start work immediately, be located in Qatar and be on family sponsorship. You should have a strong recruitment background with at least 3-4 years’ experience in the same role. Candidates coming from an agency will be preferred however, all applicants will be considered. You will have a proven track record of recruiting at all levels and functions including, across an organisation, working with a global or multi-national organisation, strong IT systems skills and the ability to influence decision makers. This role requires someone who has extremely strong communications skills and a confident approach.
