We have a rare opportunity for an In-House Recruiter to work with one of the most iconic brands in the UAE.
About the role
The role will play a vital part in the growth of the business and will require someone that has exceptional recruitment skills, has primarily handled middle management roles and has had exposure to working with Emiratisation programmes. Responsibilities in the role require extensive candidate management, on-boarding, sourcing through online portals and meticulous attention to detail in working with a complex HR system.
To be considered for this role, you should come from a recruitment background either agency or in-house, with at least 2-3 years’ experience. You should have a proven track record of recruiting as well as being involved in the HR aspects of recruitment. Strong IT skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a team is key to this role. Ideally you will also have experience in working with Emiratisation either in an agency or in-house. This role requires someone who has strong English language skills.
