Charterhouse are working exclusively with a great multi-national brand that are a technical services provider and are looking to recruit a Recruitment Specialist to further expand their HR team.
About the role
To be considered for this role you will need to be handle the full recruitment cycle for multiple professional disciplines, sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring exceptional individuals. You will be someone that is focused on building relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to define hiring needs as well as developing cost effective, results oriented recruitment strategies that attract top talent. You will be someone that can impact operational performance by improving key metrics such as time to hire and quality of hire. Working with hiring managers you will ensure global standards are adhered to including drafting job descriptions, ensuring systems are updated and the right guidelines are followed to ensure compliance and best practices are in place at all times.
The successful candidate ideally will have a strong recruitment background of at least 3-4 years preferably with strong in-house exposure however agency will be considered. You will have a proven track record of recruiting at all levels and functions across an organisation, experience working with a global or multi-national organisation, strong IT systems skills and the ability to influence decision makers. This role requires someone that is Degree educated, has extremely strong verbal and written English language skills.
