Charterhouse are working with one of the most well-known consumer goods brands in the world to recruit a Regional Area Manager to look after all of their GCC Distributors.
About the role
This role requires someone who is able to maintain existing client relationships, develop new relationships and ensure that the product line is being represented in the correct manner and to its maximum potential. This role will also require being involved in new product launches, training and reviewing sales/revenue targets of distributers that may be underachieving.
The successful candidate should be western educated to Degree level and have at least 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role within a multi-national organisation. Previous experience or exposure within consumer goods or a similar industry is advantageous. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills and have a charismatic personality, along with strong negotiation skills and a genuine interest in sales/BD. You should be a native English speaker and be able to travel freely with limited visa restrictions, as this role heavily requires to travel frequently. You should be a team player, target focused who is hungry to achieve success.
