Our client is looking to hire a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager lead the team of Business Development Managers and supporting staff in the Middle East.
About the role
This role requires a leader that can motivate a team, bring clarity in times of change and deliver sales results in a very dynamic and fast paced environment. The role is to fulfil the business & IT goals of the customers and securing long-term sustainable growth through upselling, cross-selling and retaining key accounts. You will also travel to and from customers/employees throughout the Middle East & United Kingdom
The successful candidate should have experience with IT service management products and competitive landscape, understanding of SaaS and advising clients on choosing deployment options (SaaS, Premise, Hybrid). You should have a proven track record of managing successful sales engagements, meeting/exceeding targets and successful team management as well as demonstrable, relevant, customer facing experience in the Middle East region gained within a major software vendor, consultancy or systems integrator. In addition, you should also have experience in IT Operations and buying cycles across all sectors
