Charterhouse are working with an innovative organisation who provide technology based ancillary services to B2B travel partners. They are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute the corporate sales strategy across the GCC and manage the sales team in each of the key markets.
About the role
This role reports in to the Commercial Director and will ultimately be responsible for building a strong network of B2B partners such as hotels, travel agencies and tour operators to sell the organisations products as an upsell service to the end customer. You will research, develop and implement sales growth strategies and action plans for each region, collaborating with the sales team to support them in achieving their sales targets. You will immerse yourself in the travel industry to stay up to date with the latest news and trends through attending regular events, seminars and roadshows.
The successful candidate should hold a Degree in Sales/ Marketing or a similar field and have 5 years of relevant experience working in a B2B Sales Manager position preferably within the travel industry. You should have solid experience in building commercially viable business plans and a track record in negotiating and influencing at all levels including C-level. Due to the nature of the role you should have a UAE Driving License and preference will be given to Arabic speaking candidates.
