Charterhouse is working with a leading FMCG organisation who is looking to hire a Research and Development Manager to execute the organisation’s innovative strategy in coordination with the different teams within the company.
About the role
You will be responsible for leading the innovation pipeline, developing and executing this in line with the business plans and productivity targets, in coordination with Marketing, Sales and Procurement. To succeed in this position, you will lead, develop and improve value for consumers and enhance revenue and margin growth across all the different brands within the business. You will also build the Research and Development strategy in alignment with consumer insights and market segmentation.
The successful candidate should ideally have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within an FMCG organisation, preferably in the UAE, though this is not essential. You should have experience in product launches with an already established network in the industry and understand the technology. It is essential that you are either willing to relocate to Fujairah, or at least be willing to spend the majority of your week there.
