Charterhouse is working with an established upscale fusion restaurant in Qatar who are looking to hire a Restaurant Manager to oversee the floor and support the team.
About the role
You will be responsible for managing the floor of the restaurant, overseeing the daily operations, working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure smooth operations. The Restaurant Manager will be customer focused, handling any and all queries and questions from customers. You will deal with all VIP’s and make sure the highest service levels are provided to all customers. This role will require you to support in reporting on restaurant activity, budgets, cost control and similar. You will support hiring and oversee team member training. This role will lead the team to achieve the financial targets of the restaurant through a seamless service and culinary experience.
The role requires an experienced Restaurant Manager, you must be a well-spoken, proactive leader, someone who anticipates issues before they come up, always with a smile. You will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience within an internationally known upscale dining brand. Experience in the Middle East is preferred. Experience within fusion or Asian provides a strong advantage. This role requires a candidate with top level experience providing exceptional service, QSR or fast casual experience will not be considered.
