Charterhouse is working with an established upscale luxury fusion restaurant in Qatar who are looking to hire a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the business side of the restaurant supported by a Floor Restaurant Manager
About the role
You will be responsible for managing the business functions of the restaurant and manager the Restaurant Manager, supporting as needed. This role will oversee budgets, cost controls, all restaurant financials, inventories as well as oversee marketing and development of the restaurant through events. Overall you will make sure the restaurant performs to the highest service level and profitability.
The role requires an experienced Restaurant Manager, you must be a well-spoken, proactive leader, someone who anticipates issues before they come up, always with a smile. You will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and experience in all business and administrative restaurant operations. The successful candidate must have experience within an internationally known upscale dining brand. Experience in the Middle East is preferred. Experience within fusion or Asian provides a strong advantage. This role requires a candidate with top level experience providing exceptional service, QSR or fast casual experience will not be considered.
