Charterhouse is working with an established boutique hotelier who are looking to hire a Rooms Division Manager to join their team. You will report directly to the COO and oversee 4 properties, working very closely with the Front Office and Housekeeping Managers.
About the role
You will be the second in charge across the 4 properties, overseeing front office, housekeeping and rooms. You will be expected to be present and active of the floor of the properties, overseeing the necessary day to day operations and maintaining a presence and standards at all times. Your key focus will be maintaining the highest standards of customer experience and constantly working to improve this. You will make sure all members of the team adhere to these high standards at all times.
The successful candidate should currently be a Rooms Division Manager, Assistant Rooms Division Manager or Front Office Manager looking to take the next step. Due to the scope of this role you must have experience within luxury boutique hotels. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader yet team player who is perfectly able to balance a high end luxury product in a relaxed manner.
