Charterhouse is working with an established international five start hotel in East Africa who is looking to hire a Rooms Division Manager to join their team. You will report to directly to the General Manager and work very closely with the Front Office and Housekeeping Managers.
About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the rooms divisions such as housekeeping, front office and laundry. You will be expected to be present and active of the floor of the hotel to oversee the necessary day to day operations at all times. Your key focus will be maintaining high standards of customer experience and constantly working to improve this.
The successful candidate should currently be working as a Rooms Division Manager or Assistant Rooms Division Manager within an international branded hotel. The ideal candidate should have experience in remote or challenging locations.
