Charterhouse are working with one of the fastest growing exhibition organisations in the region who are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to join their team.
About the role
You will be responsible for prospecting and researching new clients, building strong relationships and closing all potential sales leads. In this role you will proactively collaborate with the marketing department to help drive profitability and the success of the event. You will be responsible for conducting research and gathering market intelligence to identify potential business opportunities. You will also build and develop strong relationships with clients to drive brand awareness and increased revenue. Part of your role will be to attend international conferences to further develop your knowledge and network as well as building new business relationships.
The successful candidate should hold a minimum of 2 years business development experience preferably within the events sector or a B2B sales role. Excellent fluency in English written and spoken is essential. You should be self-motivated and excel in a target driven environment and be confident in pitching and presenting to clients to close potential deals.
