Charterhouse is working with an up-and-coming online home services marketplace who is looking to hire a Sales Executive to join its expanding sales team based in Dubai and work on the Middle East Region.
About the role
As Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and flourishing new and outstanding relationships with clients, ensuring the maximum earning potential is being achieved throughout the process by upselling additional services and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. This will be achieved by arranging monthly meetings and addressing any queries the client may have as well as ascertain where they can improve to ensure maximum exposure and earning potential for the client, and the business. The role will be very sales orientated and you will be required to set a target each month to achieve, generate sales reports and prepare sales proposals. You will also be responsible for growing the number of partners on our client's site within a specific category and with an international scope.
The successful candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and have previously worked within a target driven environment, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and monthly targets by implementing structure and organization. The ideal candidate should have the ability to communicate, negotiate, influence and build trust at all levels in a multicultural environment.
