Job description

Charterhouse is working with an established engineering company who is looking to hire a Sales Administrative Coordinator to join its Dubai based office on an initial 9 month contract.

About the role
Reporting to the Production and Supply Chain Manager, you will be the point of contact for customers and the sales team with queries about products, orders and deliveries as well as providing support to the sales department.

You will also be in charge to manage the international flow of shipments, controlling the order and transportation processes, ensuring a well-managed logistics system as well as additional ad-hoc administrative tasks.

About you
The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience dealing with managing and processing client orders, logistics and shipment processes. It would be advantageous if you have a Degree or similar, in Supply Chain or Logistics. You should be switched on, a fast learner, have excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills and be a team player. You should also have an understanding of CRM software and MS Office. 

The successful candidate should be based in Dubai and ideally immediately available.
