Charterhouse is working with a leading Video Technology company who is looking to hire a Sales Director.
About the Role
As the Sales Director, you will report to the Commercial VP and be responsible for developing the sales strategy for the firm on a regional and international level.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with team members and devise a sales strategy for the firm while identifying and launching new markets. You will be leading the sales function for the organisation and have full P&L responsibility. This is an individual contributor role which will be responsible for the growth of the business via building and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients.
The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s Degree in Business as a minimum, but candidates with MBA’s will be preferred. At least 10 years of relevant sales experience in the region is mandatory, and account/relationship management experience in media/telecoms space is highly desirable.
