Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading provider of aerospace products who is looking to hire a Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and who thrives in a start-up environment.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include proactively identifying new business leads, and converting them into confirmed sales, forming and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be expected to identify new technologies, cross-selling opportunities, and strategic processes in line with the rest of the group. You will also develop sales and marketing strategies to increase business and develop new products / services whilst identifying key trends in the market. In this role you will be responsible for defining sales and gross margin plans and forecasts for products in the region and monitoring progress towards objectives.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a relevant field. All candidates should have an in-depth understanding of the aviation and aerospace industry.
