Charterhouse is working with a fresh produce group of companies who are looking to hire a Sales Manager – HORECA to join their team. This role will work report directly to the Managing Director.
This role will combine sales and account management. You will be required to drive new revenue, both with current and new clients. You will be targeting clients within the HORECA sector as core focus but can also look into retailers such as boutique organic locations. The Sales Manager oversees the full process from lead generation to pitch, contract negotiation and ongoing client management. This role will be the face of the brand, a connector of product to premium customers.
The successful candidate must have solid experience in a sales role for at least 4 years, within fresh produce; fruit, vegetables, meat or seafood, with an established diverse network in HORECA, including five star hotels and the top restaurants in the market. This role requires an energetic, charismatic sales professional, a positive face who can drive revenue and represent the product to the highest standard at all times. Only candidates with an established network in the UAE will be considered, a regional network is an added advantage.
