Charterhouse is working with an internationally recognised air conditioning business which provides its HVAC solutions to its global customer-base. Operating across The Middle East, our client is seeking a Solutions Manager to hire in to its Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia.
About the role
The Solutions Manager will develop a comprehensive sales plan to identify and produce a steady pipeline of prospective clients, utilizing their deep technical knowledge to educate sales teams on the full product range. This role will work with the project sales team to design sales offers covering the entire product range and ensure that projects sales are met to adhere to the approved budget.
In conjunction, the Solutions Manager will work with the Branch Managers, SBU Managers and Business Managers to develop new sales channels and sales initiatives, considering budgets and commercial factors in line with company KPI’s.
You will handle technical, commercial communication, after service agreements and liabilities with local and international vendors and prepare technical proposals or contracts.
The client will look to recruit a Solutions Manager professional with a minimum of 10 years’ sales management experience in the GCC and have a proven track record of selling or supporting clients with HVAC solutions.
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a reliable network of clients and prospects in key sectors in KSA which can be utilized to offer HVAC products. The successful incumbent will have Degree from an internationally recognised University in a relevant technical field.
