Charterhouse is working with a global managed Cloud services provider who is looking to hire a Senior Account Manager – Cloud.
About the Role
As the Senior Account Manager, you will report to a Regional Director and be responsible for identifying business opportunities with large Enterprise clients across the GCC region.
Your primary role will be to develop and nurture long-term relationships with named accounts and deliver on the assigned sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service at all times. You will be responsible for managing contract negotiations, working with partners to accelerate customer adoption as well as developing and executing based on a Global Account Plan. As the face of the company, you will be managing multiples sales and technical resources across the region.
The successful candidate should have more than 10 years of experience selling IT solutions, mainly managed services to large-scale clients along with at least 4 years of proven market experience in the UAE. You should also have a strong knowledge in a number of areas, including but not limited to: IT Transformation, ITIL/ITSM, Virtualization/Cloud, ERP platforms, and Managed Services.
