Job description
Charterhouse is working with a leading interior design firm that specializes in exciting high-end Office and retail projects. Due to expansion and the award of multiple new projects, our client is looking to hire an Interior Architect to join their team.
About the role
You will design and create indoor spaces using form and function as a guide. You will go beyond the artistic focus of each design and ensure all projects are safe and functional. Furthermore, you will be responsible for project research, concept development, client presentation, sales consultants, and responsible for interior architecture on various projects. You’ll have excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture and Design. You should have 2-4 years of experience in UAE and have experience using computer design software as well as excellent illustration techniques.
You should have the ability to visually interpret verbal instructions and suggestions and be able to incorporate plumbing, electrical and mechanical construction features into your designs whilst being creative within budget constraints. You should also be meticulous and possess the ability to meet all deadlines.
