Due to continuous growth, our client is looking to hire a Senior Client Advisor to join their team in Dubai. This is a crucial role which will report in to the COO of the business.
About the role
The purpose of this role will be to lead and develop Sales and Commercial growth opportunities for the business, through building and leveraging professional partnerships with potential clients, government authorities and international embassies.
A large part of this role will involve dealing with C Level Executives to establish trusting relationships by offering impartial solid advice in regards to company formation, UAE legislations and streamlined business solutions. The primary objective of this role will be to convert new business enquiries, maximising the company’s profitability, furthermore identifying opportunities with existing accounts to cross sell.
The Senior Client Advisor will act as a representative for the organisation therefore must be exceptionally well presented, able to demonstrate extensive knowledge in regards to company formation, trade licenses and complex business models. A crucial requirement for this role will be to forge long lasting relationships with potential clients and senior officials, therefore the successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have prior experience dealing with C level executives.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a relevant field. In addition the successful candidate should have professional working experience within the UAE and extensive knowledge of business formation, business set up and UAE legislations. Due to the travel requirements within the region candidates should have a valid UAE driver’s license and access to their own car.
